I’ve always enjoyed reading Time Travel romances and this one didn’t disappoint.
It’s the story of Lachlan Wallace from 21st century, master of the martial arts, runs a dojo and is now going through a nasty divorce. He decides to take a trip home to Scotland to babysit the cat of his Uncle Walter.
He gives Lachlan a gold medallion but when Lachlan awakes the next day he finds himself in the middle of a battlefield.
He finds his true love in Lady Christina de Moray and mentor to her son. He also finds a lot about himself finding that Eva Mackay, his mother had also used the medallion and she was known by some of these people in the 13th century. (Read her story “Rise of a Legend”, book one and “In the kingdoms name” book two)
This is the third book in the “Guardian of Scotland” series by Amy Jarecki and look forward to the next instalment.
