REVIEW: Death and Her Devotion (Rogue Vows #1) by Kendra Elliot

This book was received via Netgalley in exchange for an honest review

This is the story of Zane Duncan, Police Chief of Solitude in Rogue Rivers and Officer Stevie Taylor.  They have been making their wedding plans, and Stevie’s mum is preparing the reception but then a dead body is found in the campground, not just any body but a celebrity.  So Zane and Stevie are on the case to find the killer while their wedding plans are put on hold.

They interview the friends Josh, Todd and Spider, also discovering that the victim had a stalker, Cyndee and her daughter Alex.

There seems to be secrets between everyone and they are not telling the whole story, the three friends are so close that they would do anything for the young boy Brandon and his mother Jenny by keeping them out of the limelight.

I like the camaraderie between them all and how both Stevie and Zane are then able to have their wedding when the reception hall is burnt down and Patsy and Brianna are inside with all the food and the brides dresses and the bridesmaids dresses, what will they do!

This was a great read by Kendra Elliot and look forward to reading the next book in the Rogue Vows Series
